度 dù has the following basic meanings:
a noun: degree; linear measure; limit; extent
a classifier: a unit of measurement for angles, temperature, etc.; degree of arc or circle; kilowatt-hour; occasion
a verb: spend; pass
Besides these meanings, 度 can be used as a suffix to turn adjectives into nouns.
